Make it Interesting

The whole basis of making something memorable, lies in making it interesting and that applies to anything for which people need training.

You increase your ability to recall things when you have learnt the subject. In turn, you learn when you understand. Of course you will only understand when you have paid attention. Can you see a pattern here?

You will pay attention if you find the subject interesting, so ..... are you getting it yet?

Anyone wanting to give training to their staff, teams, students, whoever, should make the subject interesting and the method of delivery entertaining, enjoyable & perhaps more important, fun!

Don't be afraid to ask - I don't teach the subject - that is your business. I focus on making the subject interesting and in turn more memorable. Simple!
