16 Master Licensed Partners including Amanda Dowsett and Kevin Jefferson from Essex Pos-MAD ventured south to the sunny shores of the Isle of Wight for the weekend 10/11 April and, well - read on!
Two days were spent at Pos-MAD's head office for intense though rewarding workshops with Brian Mayne, now one of the world's leading motivational speakers, renowned for his approach to setting goals, more especially in the educational field.
The main purpose was to extend and adapt all our learning on delivery to students, for delivery to adults in virtually any training environment with the major exception of corporates (e.g. BP, BT, BBC etc etc).
The audience is significant and includes senior students (A Level and University), teachers and lecturers, sports coaches, and virtually anyone interfacing with education both state and private funded.
The 2 days were most enjoyable and all Pos-MAD Licensees are strongly recommended to get on the next course. One or two of those attending had previously attended his paid course and yet still found this compelling owing to the educational focus. MLP Kevin Jefferson feels sure he speaks for all in saying it was absolutely brilliant.
Perhaps the most profound effect was that virtually everyone had a WOW moment where one or more pennies dropped and on their own personal level, suddenly found their purpose in life.
